How do I set up a sickness report via the HR Web Platform

Employers can now set up an optional toggle to record the reason for absence for an employee who has taken sick leave. This data feeds into a Sickness Report for increased leave details and forecasting. It shows the types of leave taken, and common days in which leave is taken.
