We have built an efficient and effective method of notifying our users in-platform if their is a system/feature outage to minimise support queries being raised. Our support team can trigger a timed in-platform notification if there is a platform or feature outage across the HR login and the home page, with the ability to
- Set the start and end Date plus the time of the outage to keep our users informed.
- Trigger the message on the login page and/or the home page.
- To set the severity level of the outage.
- Trigger a timed resolution notification to keep members informed.
