What happens if there is a platform outage?

Answer

We have built an efficient and effective method of notifying our users in-platform if their is a system/feature outage to minimise support queries being raised. Our support team can trigger a timed in-platform notification if there is a platform or feature outage across the HR login and the home page, with the ability to

  • Set the start and end Date plus the time of the outage to keep our users informed.
  • Trigger the message on the login page and/or the home page.
  • To set the severity level of the outage.
  • Trigger a timed resolution notification to keep members informed.
