Global Teams 

Automated Onboarding Enhancement

  • Description: Clients can now access a modal in the Contract Details step, showcasing essential information about previous Global Teams employees. This includes job title, country, working hours, probation details, notice periods, annual leave, and sick leave. Users can filter and apply these entitlements to new hires seamlessly.
  • Release Schedule: December 12, 2023
  • Target Users: Global Teams clients

 


 

Workplace Compliance

React Migration

  • Description: UI update for the Edit view of the Employee Profile > Employment details tab.
  • Release Date: December 20, 2023
  • Target Audience: Users accessing the Employee Profile > Employment details tab

 

Reporting

Build Your Own Report

  • Description: Enhanced filtering capabilities for Build Your Own Report functionality
  • Release Schedule: December 20, 2023
  • Target Audience: Admin/Owners across all regions with AIO and Platinum/Prem Plans

 

Talent

SmartMatch Highlights MVP

  • Description: We have added an onboarding step for candidates interested in specific roles. Relevant certifications are displayed on SmartMatch based on candidate selection.
  • Release Schedule: December 21, 2023
  • Target Audience: New candidates

    • Age
    • Contract Type
    • Employment Status
    • Employment Type
    • Gender
