Our Recruitment module assists companies in organising candidates for hiring and recruitment. The SmartMatch feature presents potential candidates matching your current roles.
On the SmartMatch dashboard, you can view key roles in your organisation and your latest saved search results. You can also save and email a candidate or mark them as unsuitable for a role.
Important
SmartMatch is included in paid HR subscriptions as a pre-release trial. There are no additional charges for viewing candidate recommendations or hiring from these suggestions. We are continuously improving SmartMatch to enhance its effectiveness as a talent-finding tool. More information about the full release of SmartMatch will be announced soon.

No. Your employees only see jobs available within your organisation through the Swag app. We exclude recommending all active employees on the Employment Hero platform to any organisation.
We rely on account emails to track users that should not be recommended for external roles. We also encourage you to make sure employees have their personal email addresses on the employee file, so those can be excluded from SmartMatch results as well.
To learn how to include this information in the employee file, please refer to the Editing Data section in this article: How do I manage employee personal details and change account emails via the HR platform?
