How do I use the Employment Hero EAP service?

You can contact Acacia Connections, which provides Employment Heros Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) service, via the following:

  • You can phone them anytime day or night on 1300-364-273.
  • You can use their live chat via www.acaciaconnection.com
  • You can text them on +61 401 33-77-11.
  • You can email them at info@acaciaconnection.com.

    Hi

    How do the employees know where to access the service? Been paying for this feature and nothing is on the app and no1 knows who acacia is. Not a great start to this service

    Hi I am just seeing these posts, does this mean all companies using EH have access to EAP though EH?

    We have been using EH for a couple of years now and been unaware this service is provided? if you could please provide more details?

    How do we cancel the EAP component of our subscription to Employment Hero? We are currently paying $200 per month for EAP that we have not been able to utilise due to the lack of cooperation from Acacia. We are now looking to procure an agreement with a different EAP service provider independently. Unless, Employment Hero has an option of another service provider of EAP other than Acacia.
