Core

Workflows - Support for Automating Account Provisioning of Google Workspace & Microsoft 365

• Initiative: Workflows - Support for automating account provisioning of Google Workspace & Microsoft 365
• Description: Users can create workflows to automate the creation and deactivation of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 accounts for employees. Open Beta begins on 13th February 2024, and Public Release is scheduled for 11th March 2024.
• Target Users: All Platinum customers

Software Provisioning: Support for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

• Initiative: [Soft-launch] Software Provisioning: Support for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Description: IT/HR admins can create company email for employees and deactivate emails for terminated employees. A new application management feature allows admins to provision and manage all software tools assigned to employees from the HR platform.

WorkFlow Engine Release 2: Leave Integration (Multi-level leave approvals and automations)

• Initiative: WorkFlow Engine Release 2: Leave Integration
• Description: Users can customise the leave request approval flow and automate leave request approvals. This release enables users to send leave requests to desired recipients and require multiple levels of approvers.

WorkFlow Engine Release 1: Multi-level expense approvals and expense automations

• Initiative: WorkFlow Engine Release 1: Multi-level expense approvals and expense automations
• Description: Users can customise the expense claim approval flow and automate expense claim approvals. This release enables users to send expense claims to desired recipients and require multiple levels of approvers.

Fixed Pay Categories Enhancement

• Initiative: To make fixed pay categories non-editable in relation to the 'Units' field
• Description: Fixed pay categories are now non-editable in the 'Units' field to prevent synchronisation issues and errors when saving employee details. Scheduled for release on 14th February 2024.

Regional Future Bank Holidays Addition

• Initiative: Public Holidays
• Description: Future bank holidays for AU, NZ, GB, SG, and Malaysia have been added for the years 2024, 2025, and 2026.

SmartMatch

SmartMatch Minor Release - Remote Work Promotional Banner

• Initiative: SmartMatch Minor Release - Remote work promotional banner
• Description: A closeable remote work promotional banner will appear in the SmartMatch talent panel for job roles that are considered unconditionally remote possible. Scheduled for release on 16/02/2024.
