New Landing Page

Money

Float Account Service Feature Enhancement

• Description: Automatic restrictions and alerts on money movement when thresholds are reached. User-level blocking is enabled.

Real Time InstaPay - Public

• Description: InstaPay Now provides real-time transactions in approximately 3 seconds.

Auto-reconciliation Feature Enhancement

• Description: Automatic blocking of an organisation from InstaPay when unreconciled transaction thresholds are reached.

CX & Growth

Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander (ATSI) Reporting

• Description: Ability for individual employees and admins to add ATSI origin status manually or via CSV file.
• Release Schedule: 20/02/23.
• Target Users: AU only, Premium and Platinum plans.

Launch of Hero Points in the UK

• Description: UK employers can reward their employees with Hero Points. Distribution is restricted to employees in the same country as their organisation. Points can be used for gift cards in the Swag app. The 'Send Hero Dollars' and 'Employee Activity' features are not available in the UK.
• Release Schedule: Beta on 19/02/24, Public on 28/02/24.
• Target Users: 5 Beta organisations in the UK.

Workplace Compliance

Build Your Own Chart

• Description: New visual options including table titles, column sorting, and single column charts capturing various employee metrics.
• Release Schedule: Public on 20/02/24.
• Target Audience: Admin/Owners across all regions with AIO and Platinum/Premium Plans.

SEA Localisation: Full Legal Name

• Description: Mandatory field for full legal name introduced, with data migration for existing values.
• Release Schedule: Public on 21/02/24.

Build Your Own Report - Delete Feature

• Description: Users can delete custom reports from the Reports page; system reports cannot be deleted.
