I'm looking at how to pay a outstanding invoice from employment hero as the invoice they have sent has no bank details and I cant find where to change the card details in app as its to hard to navigate.

Employment hero has stopped the ability for me to process timesgeets in my quickbooks and I can not submit my pay runs to superannuation or the ato.

I have requested for a final bill and to unsubscribe to employment hero through emails and also on the phone as I was lucky enough to get through to the hr team at employment hero but my requests are still unanswered.

How can I move forward at this point as there is no real call centre or humans to interact with on this terrible platform.
