Compliance

The Files module has a range of features to help you manage your organisation's documentation needs, such as creating induction content and assigning policies for employees to read and acknowledge. This module is also where you employees can acknowledge these documents and view any uploaded documents, HR documents, and any other form you have assigned to their record.

Documents

This feature allows you to setup and manage various templates on your HR platform, from which documents can be issued to your staff.
Induction Content and HR Guides

This section covers creating your induction content, assigning it to your employees, and then having your employees review, and acknowledge this material.
Policies

This feature allows you to choose from Employment Hero's pre-made content or to upload your own documentation and then share this content with your employee
Safety

You can use the Report Incident feature to lodge a safety incident report and include details such as the event type, the location, the injured body part, and more.
