As an employee, a performance review is a crucial part of your appraisal process. It evaluates your work and detects areas to improve upon, both in the professional and personal realms. The My Performance Review feature enables you to submit your review, answer questions set by your organisation, and edit or print the information.
Helpful Hint
The goals shown in the Performance Review are the employee's goals that are due within the timeframe of the Performance Review.

Daily activities
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the Performance Reviews submenu.
- Click the review you wish to start on.
- Answer the review questions.
Helpful Hint
Employment Hero will automatically save your progress each time you edit your answers or star ratings.
- Click the Save Draft button.
Important
Saving your answers as a draft will not complete your review; it allows you to work on your responses until the due date. Once you complete your review, you can publish it.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the Performance Reviews submenu.
- Click the review you wish to publish.
- Answer the review questions.
- Click the Publish button.
Helpful Hint
You can only publish a review after answering all the questions. Employment Hero shows a completed answer by highlighting it in green.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the Performance Reviews submenu.
- Use the Date Range field to set the date range you need.
- Click the Filter button.
Helpful Hint
You can now see reviews that fall within the date range you set. If you would like to view all your reviews, click the Reset button, then click the Filter button.
Editing data
Important
You can only edit reviews that are still in the drafting stage. If you want to edit a review after it has been published, you have to unpublish it first.
Note that you might not be able to edit your answers after the review period. This depends on whether your admin has set a lockout date for the review.

Yes, you will still be able to see all your previous performance reviews after those review periods have closed.
