How do I set my notification frequency?

Available for the following plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following HR classic plans: Standard, Premium, Platinum
Available for the following User Access level: Employee, Manager, Admin   

Being able to set when you receive notifications will mean you can switch off from work when you finish your allocated hours, knowing all notifications have come in for the day. The Notification Frequency feature provides you with the option of setting whether you receive your platform emails daily or weekly. You can then further customise this setting by choosing the desired time at which the HR platform will send you these notifications.

The below premise will walk you through how to set up your notification frequency.

Set notification frequency: Daily
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Notification Frequency submenu
  3. Select the daily option in the Notification Frequency field.
  4. Enter the desired notification time.

Set notification frequency: Weekly
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Notification Frequency submenu
  3.  Select the weekly option in the Notification Frequency field.
  4. Enter the desired day and notification time.

Set notification frequency: Instant

To ensure notifications are sent instantly, you will need to remove the current frequency setting. Here's how to do it:

  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Notification Frequency submenu
  3. Click the Delete button.

  4. A message will appear saying the notification frequency has been destroyed.
  5. Notifications will now be sent instantly.
