How to customise the employee file via the HR platform

The Employee File Customisation feature lets you show or hide the Certifications and Medical Disclosure Statement features in the employee's onboarding workflow and/or their personnel file. For example, if you do not need your employees to complete a medical disclosure statement during onboarding, you can turn this feature off.

Availability

HR Plan:   Standard   Premium   Platinum
  User Access:   Employee         Manager         Admin      

  We base the default access level on a per user basis and whether they have  view,  edit and  delete access and excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.

Getting started

Customise the employee file
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Under Customisation, click the Employee File submenu.
  3. Select what features to enable or disable.

  4. Click the Save button.
