An employee's leave balance can be viewed in a finalised pay run by using the Leave Balance feature, which lets you view an employee's leave accruals.
View an employees leave balance
- Log in to your Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.
- Click the Pay Run menu.
- Click the finalised pay that you need to view an employee's leave balance for.
- Click on the name of the employee whose leave balance you wish to view.
- Click the Leave Balances button.
