Overview
As a manager, it is important to see how your staff are performing, the teammates they recognise, and which employees are going above and beyond in their duties. It will enable you to see who are the top performers in your team, and who could benefit from some additional training and mentoring.
The Reward and Recognition widget on the Management Dashboard provides you with the tools to see the top members of your team sending and receiving shout-outs and recognition in the current month. You can also see who are your most engaged users, by looking at which employees have reacted with emojis the most on the shout-out and recognition posts in the company feed.

Getting started
- Click the Home menu.
- Click the Manager Dashboard tab.
- Select from the following view filters:
- All employees.
- Direct employees.
- Direct and indirect employees.
Helpful Hint
The platform bases the Top Sender and Top Receiver on the total number of shout-outs sent and received in the current month. The platform bases the growth from last month, on the total number of shout-outs received in the current month, versus the total number from the previous month. If there are multiple top senders and/or receivers, click the Plus button to see the complete list.
