Create policies and induction content reports

Available for the following plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following HR classic plans: Standard, Premium, Platinum
Available for the following User Access levels: Admin

As an organisation, you will have a range of policies and induction content that employees need to read and acknowledge. Having a central place to manage this process will help you track employee compliance easily.

The Policies and Induction Content Reporting feature lets you create reports you can use to analyse what documentation your employees have acknowledged or have yet to. Here, you can also download a CSV file of the data, which you can open using CSV-supported software like Microsoft Excel.

Important

If you have replaced a piece of induction content with a newer version, then you will permanently lose any supporting documents and employee acknowledgements attached to the previous version.

Only policies and induction content marked as Mandatory will be reportable via the Policies and Induction Content Report. This is because employees do not need to acknowledge non-mandatory policy content or induction items within the platform.

Helpful Hint

Contractors are included in Policy and Induction Content Reports, and you can sort them via the Personnel Type filter.
