Manually trigger an onboarding checklist

Available for the following plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following HR classic plans: Standard, Premium, Platinum
Available for the following user access level: Admin   

There may be times when Employment Hero is unable to automatically send an onboarding task to an employee, or otherwise when you would simply prefer to send an onboarding task manually.

Employment Hero provides users with the option to manually trigger onboarding checklists so you can ensure first-hand that your staff are assigned the correct tasks, such as training modules.

Manually trigger an onboarding checklist

The below premises will walk you through how to trigger an onboarding task.

  1. Click the   Personnel menu.
  2. Click the Employees submenu.
  3. Select the employee that needs an onboarding checklist triggered.
  4. Click the Trigger onboarding checklists button.

  5. Click the Confirm button.

  2. Click the Actions button.
  3. Click the Trigger Onboarding Checklist button.
