Global Teams employees can view and track their leave balances across different leave categories, and this helps those employees ensure they know how much time they can take off from work.
The reporting manager, host admin and owner can view what an employee's remaining balance would be if that employee has their leave request approved. This helps managers to make an informed decision on whether to approve an employee's leave request.

Why is my leave request locked?
At the end of every month, the platform will lock all leave requests approved for that month and any prior months. Put another way, it means you can no longer edit the request. If you need to make a leave change after the platform locks the relevant leave request, bear in mind that the Employment Hero team has the access needed to unlock the leave request and edit the details on your behalf.
