You can use the Active User feature within the User Management module to unblock a user and let them log in to your organisation's learning platform.
How to unblock a user
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the User tab.
- Hover of the user that you wish to unblock.
- Click the button.
- Select the Edit button.
- Click the Active button.
- Click the Save button.
