Set up and manage a learning award

Available for the following Learning plans: Standard, Plus

The Award Management feature allows you to create your organisation's learning trophies that will trigger when a user has met certain requirements. For example, completing any course, or reaching a specific target. You can also use this feature to assign the award to an employee, edit the information, and filter the information displayed. Lastly, you also have a Settings feature that lets you add and/or remove an award tag, assessor, or expiration date.

Getting started

Create an award
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.

  3. Click the Awards tab.
  4. Click the   Create button.

  5. Complete the following fields:
    • Award title.
    • About this award.
    • Select goal for this award:
      • Company any course.
      • Reach the target.
      • Track ongoing learning.
  6. Click the Add Image button and select the required image.
  7. Click the   Add Content button and selected the required content.
  8. Click the Save and Exit button.

Assign an award
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.

  4. Click the award that needs assigning

  6. Complete the following fields:
    • Learners/groups.
    • Due date.
  7. Click the Assign button.

Add a tag to an award
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.

  4. Click the award that needs a tag added.

  6. Click the General Settings button.
  7. Enter the required tags into the Tag field.
  8. Click the Save button.

Add an assessor to an award
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.

  4. Click the award that needs an assessor added.

  5. Click the Settings tab.
  6. Click the General Settings button.
  7. Enter the required assessor into the Award Assessors field.
  8. Click the Save button.

Add an award expiration to an award
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.

  4. Click the award that needs an expiry date added.

  5. Click the Settings tab.
  6. Click the Expiration button.
  7. Set the Do Completions Have an Expiration Date toggle switch to the Yes position.
  8. Enter either a fixed date or individual completions expire after x date.
  9. Click the Save button.

Daily activities

Filter displayed awards
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.

  5. Enter the desired filters and click the Filter button.

Export data

Export my award list
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.

  4. Select the awards that need exporting.
  5. Click the   Export as CSV button.

Edit data

Edit an award
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.

  4. Click the award that needs editing.

  6. Make the required changes and click the Save and Exit button.

Remove data

Remove an award tag
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.

Remove an award assessor
  1. Click the Your Profile button.

Remove an award expiration date
  1. Click the Your Profile button.

  7. Set the Do Completions have an Expiration Date toggle switch to the No position.

Delete an award
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
