A recruitment module helps companies organise candidates for hiring and recruitment purposes. These systems allow businesses to collect information, organise prospects based on experience and skillset, and filter applicants. There are many benefits of using such a module, and you can expect to see metrics like time, cost, and candidate quality improve.

The Candidate Source Reporting feature allows you to create a report on where your organisation sources your recruitment candidates and see details such as the number that applied, who is in progress, and the number of disqualified people. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data, enabling you to load the report into a CSV-supported program like Microsoft Excel.
