As an administrator of an organisation with Global Teams employees, how do I submit bonus/allowance payments for my Global Teams employees in-platform?
Answer
Organisation administrators with Global Teams employees can submit a bonus/allowance from the Global Teams Bonuses/Allowances page.
- Click the Pay menu.
- Click the Bonus/Allowances submenu.
- Click the Create Bonus/Allowance button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Employee
- Payment type
- Effective date
Helpful Hint
You must submit bonuses and allowances for Global Teams employees before the 5th of each month for us to include them in that month’s payroll. If you are submitting a bonus/allowance payment after the 5th, you will not be able to select the current month as the effective date.
- Gross payment amount
- Payment currency
- Payment amount
Helpful Hint
The gross payment amount is the amount payable to the employee (subject to individual income tax). For clarity, this amount is exclusive of the applicable statutory employer on-costs, including but not limited to; employer/payroll taxes, insurance, and retirement contributions.
- Additional details
- Tick the I Confirm checkbox.
- Click the Save button.
