How to use the Notification settings | New HR and Payroll

Available for the following New HR plan Standard, Premium, Platinum Available for the following user access levels: Employee, Manager, Admin

The notification settings feature provides you with the ability to activate or deactivate the email notifications that come from the HR platform.

Manage notification settings
  1. Log into your HR and payroll platform.
  2. Click on the Settings menu. 
  3. Click on the Customisation Settings submenu. 
  4. Select Yes or No to receive email notifications for the below settings:
    • Announcements
    • Celebrations:
      • Work anniversary
      • Birthdays
    • Certifications
    • Incident report
    • Off-boarding
    • On-boarding:
      • Manager on-boarding status
      • Employee on-boarding status
    • Probation
    • Recruitment
      • Candidate Applies
      • Candidate Withdraw Application
      • Candidate Movement
      • Candidate Response
      • Candidate Appointment
      • Candidate Application Pending
      • Referee Details Submission
      • Referee Questionnaire Submission
    • Scheduled tasks. Screenshot of where to select yes or no to receive email notifications
