I have not received my reset password link?

Answer

If you are not receiving your reset password email link, it means that you have either;

  • Not entered the email address associated with your Employment Hero account, or
  • Have entered the email address incorrectly.

Your Employment Hero account email will generally be the same email address as the email address where you received your pay slip. Please enter the email address associated with your Employment Hero account to receive your reset password email link.

If you still aren't receiving your password reset email, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Using your web browser's private/incognito mode, head to https://secure.employmenthero.com/users/sign_in.
  2. Enter your account email, then select Next.
  3. Select Forgot your password.
  4. You should now receive your password reset email.

If you believe that you have entered the correct email address, however, are still not receiving your reset password link, please contact your organisations administrator who will be able to tell you the correct email to use. If you are still not receiving your password reset link, please contact support.
