How do I contact the payroll support team?


For any issues relating to the software, our team of specialist supporters are on hand between 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) via either a ticketing platform or Live Chat. There are a couple of ways Full Access Users can contact the Payroll Support team:

  • Sign in to the payroll platform as a full-access user.
  • Click on the Support icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • Follow the prompts to transfer to an agent or submit a query with the team.
