Answer
The Data Extract feature enables you to download your employee deductions stored within your payroll platform as either an XLSX or CSV file.
Download my employee deduction data
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
- Click the Data Extracts button.
- Select the Employee Deductions option from the Data Type drop-down.
- Select from the following template types:
- Template with employee data.
- Template with employee data (Including terminated employees).
- Empty template.
- Select from the following file formats:
- XLSX.
- CSV.
- Click the Download button.
