Within your organisation, it is important to have engaged and productive employees, as they are more likely to produce better work and contribute positively to your company culture. In these cases it is where an employee happiness survey can help, by enabling you to measure your employee engagement, and give you the data on how to improve this metric within your organisation.
The Employee Happiness feature allows you to report on your employees' happiness via a scale graph showing happiness as a score from one to ten and what comments your employees left. You can also respond to your employees' comments to gather further information on why they left a particular comment.
You can enable the employee happiness survey and set the required frequency through Employee Engagement settings. To read further information on this feature, refer to the following article. Also, the employee happiness survey is anonymous; i.e. it does not list the employee's name or any other unique identifiers.
You will need to have enabled the platinum-only beta feature, Employee Happiness Survey Feedback Loop, before you can use the extra features outlined in this article. You can enable this platinum-only beta feature via the Beta Flask drop-down and selecting Opt In. Please remember this is still an in development feature and subject to change. To read more on how to enable this in-progress beta feature, refer to the following article.
We base the default access level on a per user basis and whether they have view, edit and delete access and excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.
The ability to add a comment to an anonymous response is only available on our platinum pricing tier. You can comment on an employee survey even if they have not provided a comment and have only offered a happiness score.
To read further information on understanding how this report works, refer to the following article section. The survey results are instant, so once an employee submits a completed survey, there is no time delay to you viewing the results.
The ability to delete a comment is only available on our platinum pricing tier.
The happiness survey report uses the NPS colouring scheme to colour categorise the responses your employees provide when they complete the survey.

So you have now managed your happiness survey, and you are now wondering, what next can I do. There are two recommendations I would make on this front and they are:
- Managing custom surveys | HR Web Platform This feature allows you to create a one-off custom survey, choose the intended audience, and then send it on to those users.
- Constructing survey templates | HR Web Platform This feature allows you to create a survey template from scratch that you can then use repeatedly within your business, or you can choose to use one of our provided templates
