Overview
The second stage in building a performance review within the HR platform is the creation of review questions. You can build these based on your organisation's values, key performance indicators (KPIs), targets or behaviour and competencies, allowing you to frame the opening statement for each of the rating scales you have created.
The review questions feature allows you to build your own customisable questions or you can choose from Employment Hero's pre-provided templates. The feature also allows you to edit the information if the contents have changed, or delete the data if it is no longer relevant.
Before being able to create review questions, you need to create a rating scale. To read further details on how to create a rating scale, refer to the following article.

Getting started
Adding a review question
- Click the Setting menu.
- Click the Review Settings submenu.
- Click the Review Question button.
- Click the Add New Review Question button.
- Complete following fields:
- Click the Save button.
Maintain
Editing a review question
- Click the Setting menu.
- Click the Review Settings submenu.
- Click the Review Questions button.
- Click the review question you need to edit.
- Make the required changes and click the Save button.
Disabling a review question
Important
The disabling of review question is only available when you have used the question within a review template.
- Click the Setting menu.
- Click the Review Settings submenu.
- Click the Review Questions button.
- Click the Disable button.
Enabling a review question
Important
The enabling of a review question is only available if the review question shows a disabled status.
- Click the Setting menu.
- Click the Review Settings submenu.
- Click the Review Questions button.
- Click the Enable button.
Deleting a review question
Important
The deletion of a review question is only available when you have not used the question within a review template.
- Click the Setting menu.
- Click the Review Settings submenu.
- Click the Review Questions button.
- Click the Delete button.
- Click the OK button.
