The Customise Side Navigation Menu and Employee File feature, allows you to enable or disable Employment Hero features that you may not want your employees and/or independent contractor accessing. For example, if your organisation does not need employees to access the Safety feature, then you can turn this feature off and your employees cannot access it. Is it not currently possible to custom edit the fields within the employee file.
Getting started
Customise the side navigation menu
- Click the Settings menu.
- Under Security & Access Control on the submenu, select the Menu Customisation tab.
- Select the side navigation menu options:
- An employee can access.
- An independent contractor can access.
- Click the Save button.
Customise the employee file
- Click the Settings menu.
- Under People, click the Employee Profile Customisation submenu.
- Select what features to enable or disable. Changes will apply immediately.
