How do I manage my learning? | HR Platform

Overview

Being able to manage your learning is just as important as any other part of your role. Managing your learning ranges from brushing up on a course you have previously completed, learning new concepts, or just making sure that you have the right knowledge and skills for your role.

The My Learnings feature summarises the learning content assigned to you and provides you with a direct link to access this content in our Employment Hero Learning platform. You can also use this feature to access the full library of content within your organisation's learning platform if you want to browse, review, and assign yourself additional learning material.

Getting started

  Select which learning platform you integrated with for the relevant instructions.

HR Plan:   Premium   Platinum
Learning Plan:   Standard   Plus
  User Access:   Employee         Manager         Admin      

  We base the default access level on a per user basis and whether they have  view,  edit and  delete access and excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.

Filter my learning content
  1. Click the   Development menu.
  2. Click the My Learning submenu.
  3. Click the Filter drop-down.
  4. Choose from the following options:
    • Enrolled by.
    • Status:
      • Assigned.
      • Not started.
      • In progress.
      • Completed.
    • Type:
      • Course.
      • Interactive.
      • Document.
      • Video.
      • Link.
      • Audio.
      • Award.
  5. Click the Search button.

View my learning content
  1. Click the   Development menu.
  2. Click the My Learning submenu.

    Helpful Hint

    You will now see all your assigned learning content. You can click the Explore button to see the full library of content on our learning platform and the   button to see further details about your course.

So you have now viewed your assigned learning and you are now wondering, what next can I do. There are two recommendations I would make on this front and they are:

  • HR Platform: Learning Management This feature summarises the learning content assigned to your team, and what progress they have made on these tasks. You can also use this feature to access the learning platform and assign additional learning material to your team.
  • HR Platform: Assigned Learning Report This feature enables you to create a report that you can use to analyse the progress made by your employees on their allocated learning content.
