Happy employees are engaged employees, and for most organisations, a happiness survey is the first step in engaging with their employees. Measuring, actioning and closing the loop on the provided happinesses survey feedback will show your employees that management values their input.
The Employee Happiness feature allows you to rate your happiness out of ten and provide a comment on why you gave this rating. The data is anonymous, and there is no way for your organisation to identify you, when you use this feature.
To use the happiness feedback survey, an admin needs to enable this feature within Employee Engagement settings. To read further details on how to enable this feature, refer to the following article.

So you have now completed your happiness survey and you are now wondering, what next can I do. There are two recommendations I would make on this front and they are:
- Managing Assigned Tasks from My Dashboard | HR Web Platform This feature shows you a summary of the tasks assigned to you, their deadline, and the ability to mark them as complete.
- Viewing my latest pay slips on my dashboard | HR Web Platform When your organisation sends you your latest payslip, you can access this one and the two previous pay slips from the Payslip widget on your dashboard
