The Customization feature enables you to tailor the recruitment module to meet your organisation's specific needs. For example, you can add or remove experience levels to match job requirements, such as creating a JLPT N2 level for a Japanese translator role. Additionally, the Messaging feature allows direct communication with candidates from within the recruitment module.
