Welcome to this week's release notes. We have been busy as always and have made a wide range of updates to our Employment Hero platforms. Please see below for our new updates.
Releases
This week we launched our new superapp Swag. It is an exciting new product that puts work, career, and money in one place. Learn more about it here. Our updated Swag Job Board and CV Profile now feed into your Swag profile/app to make your app/platform experience easier and seamless. The new CV profile launched this week allows you to make your profile public and share it via the Swag app during the job application.
Auto-enable careers page and free job boards
To speed up the process for clients of processing talent acquisition we have auto-enabled the Careers Page and the Job Boards meaning you can simply get started with our features without having to go and enable extra settings in the platform.
Find Work
We have rebranded our Jobs Board and existing job emails to align with Swag. Web domain change from jobs.employmenthero.com to http://www.jobs.swagapp.com/ and the email domain changed from no-reply@employmenthero.com to no-reply@swagapp.com
Edit announcements
Users are now able to edit their Announcements, including the text, attachments and sharing options on the web platform.
Ability to sort columns on the Template pages
We have enhanced the product so that it is easier for you to identify templates by allowing you to sort the page information by:
-
- Name (My Templates, Employment Hero Templates).
- Created at dates (My Templates).
- Updated at dates (My Templates).
Custom reports
We have upgraded the product so it gives you the ability to report on a contractor's job history, making it easier for users to report on their contractor's start and end dates.
HR Documents Update
We have made some enhancements to our PDF edited documents that means you can not download your PDF if you have used special characters.
We have introduced a feature that expands on the existing net to gross calculator at an employee level. The new feature allows users to import multiple employees net earnings into a pay run in one easy step.
The bulk net to gross import is available as a pay run action using the existing pay run import and saves valuable time. Additionally, users can also now export net earnings from a pay run using the pay-run export.
