Welcome to this week's release notes, May 29th to June 4th 2023. Over the last week we have released an update to our Swag app and some important core HR updates that help with bulk updates and other efficiency aids.
Releases
Enable employees to upload documents through their employee profile.
Release date: 31st May 2023
HR admins can configure a new custom security setting under the Other Permissions Uploaded Documents section. It will allow employees to upload documents under the Employee Profile Uploaded Documents tab. It will save time where previously you have had to ask employees to send documents via email to HR.
Bulk issue documents
Release date: 1st June 2023
When bulk issuing documents, customers are currently unable to edit documents at the recipient level and tailor each document to be unique. Users end up having to rejig their templates or go back to individually issuing documents.
With this release, we will allow Platinum org users to tailor documents for each recipient while bulk issuing the document. Users can edit variables, both auto-populated and manual-input, and remove/add optional clauses at the specific recipient level. Without affecting other recipients’ documents when bulk issuing.
Hiring Essentials International
25th May 2023
We have launched Hiring Essentials to our International markets:
- Localised version of Hiring Essentials launched into NZ, UK, MY, SG.
- Localised product experience including Job Boards for each region.
- New company careers page for Hiring Essentials including AU.
- Enable mobile verification for each region.
Release Date: 25th May 2023
Included in this release are:
- Bug fix for showing new organisations on Swag.
- Bug fix for shift conditions not automatically applying when creating a timesheet.
- Swag users can now reset their password through the login page of the app using an in-app browser.
- Prompt asking users whether they like the app. If they say yes, then we ask them to rate us on the app store, and if they say no, we ask them for feedback. It means the product team will now have actionable feedback to use to improve the app!

We have updated the in-platform reports to include the ability to report on an organisation’s entire employee base including both GT and non-GT employees. Specifically this includes the Leave Report, Timesheets Report and all employee fields within Custom Reports.
