SmartMatch Talent Recommendations are available on the 'Employee File':

• A maximum of 15 Candidates will be recommended within a slide out widget
• Ability to preview the Swag Candidates' profile within the slide out
• Ability to save the Candidate to a new 'Saved Candidates' page

SmartMatch Recommendations are also available in the below areas, but will need to be enabled within SmartMatch Recruitment Settings:

• 1:1
• Performance Review
• 360 Review

A new 'Talent Widget' is always on with the Top Nav Page allowing easy access to 'Saved Candidates'.

A new 'Save Candidates' page has been released with 'Recruitment' Global Navigation which let's users:

• Save recommended talent to the Orgs 'Talent Pool'
• Shortlist a recommended candidate to an 'Existing Job'
• Add a recommended candidate to a 'New Job'
• 'Connect with the Candidate' directly from the ATS (Email or InApp Swag Messaging)

A new 'Recruitment Settings' page called 'SmartMatch' allows Orgs to manage where Talent Recommendations are displayed.

SmartMatch recommendations are now on the Matches dashboard:

• Hidden jobs are anonymised and do not disclose company data.
• Hidden jobs recommendations uses candidate role preference as the initial match criteria.

• A bug fix that prevented Android 13 users from using their cameras for features that involved taking a photo.
