Initiative: ANZ Live Chat - Onboarding/Implementation
Release Date: 29th April 2024
Target Users: ANZ Paying Orgs in Implementation (Setup Mode enabled)
Description: Upgraded routing for Live Chat to direct customers between Onboarding (Pre-Launch) and Support (Post-Launch) teams for improved customer service alignment.

Talent Management

Initiative: Provide customisable Exit Interview templates
Release Date: 29th April 2024
Target Users: All regions
Description: Admins can create custom Exit Interview templates with predefined questions, enhancing the exit interview process.


Initiative: Leave Reasons added to Bulk Leave Request Modal
Release Date: 24th April 2024
Target Users: UK
Description: Users can now specify leave reasons when creating bulk leave requests, improving leave management efficiency.

Workplace Compliance

Initiative: To Do Widget on Dashboard
Release Date: Released to Employment Hero 30th April 2024
Target Users: Employment Hero organisation
Description: Added a To Do list widget to the dashboard, consolidating compliance-related tasks like HR document signatures, certifications, and policies. Also includes a refreshed dashboard design.

eBenefits and FinTech - Benefits

Initiative: Hero points x ENGIE Offer - May Promotion
Release Date: 2nd May 2024
Target Users: All users eligible for ENGIE offer
Description: New sign-ups receive 2,000 hero points as part of a promotional offer for ENGIE.


Initiative: Save ATS Filters Across Sessions
Release Date: 24th April 2024
Target Users: All
Description: ATS now retains filter settings across sessions in the Jobs & Candidates tab, improving user convenience.


Initiative: InstaPay Daily
Release Date: Live
Target Users: Users paid weekly in arrears
Description: Introduced InstaPay Daily feature, allowing users to access their earned pay daily directly into their Swag account.


Initiative: Launch version 1 of KBA support in Hero AI
Objective: Improve AI support capabilities for customer queries
Release Date: 3rd May 2024
Target Users: All Hero AI users
Description: Implemented Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and ReACT agent to enhance Hero AI's ability to answer user queries using extensive helpdesk information.
