Why is my course not loading?

Let us diagnose what might be happening with some troubleshooting.

Internet connection

Please check that your device has a stable internet connection by running a speed test, then wait for the results to load.

Device

Some devices may not display or perform well on a mobile device. If so, please access this course on a desktop computer instead.

Browser and browser settings

For the best learning experience, we recommend using Google Chrome as your web browser on your desktop or laptop device.

Still not working?

If you have followed the steps above and the course still will not load, or displays as a blank screen, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the   button located to the left of the URL in the URL field.
  2. Click the Site Settings button.
  3. Set the JavaScript,  Images, and Popups and Redirects fields to the Allow option.
  4. You will arrive back at the page of the loading/blank course.
  5. Click the Reload button.
  6. You may now resume your course. 

You may also try opening the course in another browser, such as Microsoft Edge. Once you have followed all the steps shown and it still shows up blank, kindly refer to your administrator and IT team for further assistance. You may need help whitelisting our learning domains:
