The Playlist Management feature allows you to create your own learning playlist and add in a list of learning content you with to study. You can also use this feature to share the playlist with others in your organisation to view in platform or you can export it out of the platform to share externally. Lastly, you can edit and/or delete any playlist you have previously made on the learning platform.
Getting started
Create a playlist
- Click the My Playlist menu.
- Click the Create button.
- Click the New Playlist button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Logo.
- Name.
- Description.
- Other permissions.
- Click the Save button.
Assign learning material
- Click the My Playlist menu.
- Click the playlist that needs learning assigned.
- Click the Add Content button.
- Select the learning resources and click the Add button.
Daily activities
Share a playlist
- Click the My Playlist menu.
- Click the Three Dots button.
- Click the Share button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Publish to portal.
- Share with specific users.
- Click the Close button.
Export data
Export my playlist list
- Click the My Playlist menu.
- Click the Three Dots button.
- Click the Export button.
- Select the following export options:
- Course details (CSV).
- Course files and details (SCORM and CSV).
- Click the Export button.
Edit data
Edit a playlist
- Click the My Playlist menu.
- Click the Edit button.
- Make the required changes and click the Save button.
Duplicate a playlist
- Click the My Playlist menu.
- Click the Three Dots button.
- Click the Duplicate button.
Remove data
Delete a playlist
- Click the My Playlist menu.
- Click the Three Dots button.
- Click the Remove this Playlist button.
