Review and approve HeroForce proposals and employment agreements

Once we have all the necessary information and we have confirmed that it is compliant with local regulations, we will issue a HeroForce proposal. It outlines the costs, entitlements, and contractual information regarding the HeroForce service, which you need to review.

Then, after signing the proposal, we will prepare an employment agreement for your new hire. We will first send this employment agreement to you for review and approval before issuing it to your candidate to sign.

Managing proposals

Approve a HeroForce proposal

  1. Click People on the left-hand side menu.
  2. Click the HeroForce Employees (EoR) submenu.
  3. Click the Onboard Requests tab.
  4. Click the three dots button (...) for the employee you need.
  5. Click the View button.
  6. Click the Proposal tab.
  7. Read through the proposal details
  8. To sign the proposal:
    • Click the checkbox beside the disclaimer.
    • Fill in your name and job title.
    • Sign or upload your signature.
  9. Once you have filled in the required fields, click the Sign and Accept button.

Re-assign a HeroForce proposal

  1. Click People on the left-hand side menu.
  2. Click the HeroForce Employees (EoR) submenu.
  3. Click the Onboard Requests tab.
  4. Click the three dots button (...) for the employee you need.
  5. Click the View button.
  6. Click the Proposal tab.
  7. Click the Re-assign button.
  8. Select the individual who needs to be assigned to the proposal.
  9. Add in any comments you wish to send to the new approver.
  10. Click the Re-assign button.
     

Managing HeroForce employment agreements

Review and approve a HeroForce employment agreement

  1. Click People on the left-hand side menu.
  2. Click the HeroForce Employees (EoR) submenu.
  3. Click the Onboard Requests tab.
  4. Click the three dots button (...) for the employee you need.
  5. Click the View button.
    • You can also click the employee's name to access the Employee Details page.
  6. Click the Employment agreement tab.
  7. Review the details of the employment agreement document.
  8. Read the terms and conditions.
  9. Once you are done thoroughly reviewing the document, tick the checkbox confirming you have reviewed the agreement.
  10. Click the Approve Employment Agreement button.
