Within your organisation, you will have HR Guides that cover a wide area of HR best practises such as setting goals, parental leave, and record-keeping requirements. You would have created these documents in house by your HR specialists, so having a way to digitise this information will make it easier for users within your organisation to access this information.
You can use the HR Guides feature to preview a selected document, so you can read the contents on your screen. You can also use this feature to print out a copy of a guide if you need an offline version and filter what information you see on your screen.
Only an Admin user can view the HR Guides unless you grant employees access via Custom Security Settings by selecting the Knowledge Base security permission.
