My performance reviews via the HR platform

As an employee, a performance review is a crucial part of your appraisal process. It evaluates your work and detects areas to improve upon, both professionally and interpersonally. The My Performance Review feature enables you to submit your review, answer questions set by your organisation, and edit or print the information.

Helpful Hint

The goals shown in the Performance Review are the employee's goals that are due within the timeframe of the Performance Review.
