Xero will only provide Employment Hero with a tax code number and not the tax code questions. Whereas Employment Hero requires users to answer the tax code questions first, so that we then return the relevant tax code number.
This means when importing your tax code declaration details from your Xero platform, you will have instances where Employment Hero detects no supplied answers. When this occurs, your Employment Hero platform will return above warning.
