The Employee File Customisation feature allows you to enable or disable the Certifications features from showing in the employee onboarding workflow and/or in their personnel file. For example, if your organisation does not need employees to submit certifications during their onboarding workflow, you can turn this feature off and just have your employees access it via their personnel file.
We base the default access level on a per user basis and whether they have view, edit and delete access and excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.
