How do I export a pay run?

Payroll Plan: Standard Premium

Answer

You can use the Export feature to download a file containing your pay run data.

Warning

Exporting a pay run export does not include the following items:

  • Leave records.
  • System generated earnings lines.
Exporting a pay run
  1. Click the Pay Run menu.
  2. Click on a pay run that needs exporting.

  4. Click the Pay Run Actions button.
  5. Click the Export Pay Run button.
