How do I recalculate the figures within a pay run?

Payroll Plan:   Essentials   Standard   Premium

Answer

You can use the Recalculate Pay Run feature to update the figures shown within a pay run.

Recalculating a pay run 
  1. Click the Pay Run menu.
  2. Click on a pay run that needs the figures recalculated.

  3. Click the Actions tab.
  4. Click the Pay Run Actions button.
  5. Click the Recalculate Pay Run button.
