Giving peer to peer feedback | HR Web Platform

Feedback is a key ingredient of success and without it, it is impossible to grow both on a personal level and as a business. Feedback can be positive, such as highlighting an employee's clear and concise communication with a client or constructive, such as highlighting a way an employee can improve their communication with a client.

The Feedback feature allows all users to give and receive feedback. We then collate each piece of feedback into one section for an employee and manager to review. The feature also includes a comment thread, allowing for a feedback loop between the sender and receiver. 

Availability

HR Plan:   Premium   Platinum
  User Access:   Employee         Manager         Admin      

  We base the default access level on a per user basis and whether they have  view,  edit and  delete access and excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.

Getting started

Adding a comment
  1. Click the   Development menu.
  2. Click the Feedback submenu.
  3. Click the Received or Sent tab.
  4. Click the feedback you wish to comment on.
  5. Enter your comment and click the Send button.

Daily activities

Giving feedback
  1. Click the   Development menu.
  2. Click the Feedback submenu.
  3. Click the Received or Sent tab.
  4. Click the Give feedback button.

  5. Select the feedback recipient from the Who is this Feedback For drop-down.
  6. Enter the feedback you want to provide in the Your Feedback field.

    Helpful Hint

    Not sure what to write? If you are on our Platnium HR Plan you can type a few points in, then click   to have our AI help you generate a draft message. You will be able to refine the draft as you need before submitting. 

  7. Use the paper clip to add any required attachments.

    Helpful Hint

    The file types you can upload include PDF, JPG, PNG and GIF, and the file size limit is 10mb.

  8. Select from the following sharing options:
    • Recipients manager.

    Helpful Hint

    Selecting the recipients manager sharing option will send this feedback to the employees primary and secondary manager.

    • Recipient.
  9. Click the Send button.

Viewing received feedback
  1. Click the   Development menu.
  2. Click the Feedback submenu.
  3. Click the Received tab.
  4. Click the feedback you wish to view.

Viewing sent feedback
  1. Click the   Development menu.
  2. Click the Feedback submenu.
  3. Click the Sent tab.
  4. Click the feedback you wish to view.

View reporting employee feedback

Important

Feedback is only visible between the participant and their manager and not visible to admins?

  1. Click the   Development menu.
  2. Click the Feedback submenu.
  3. Click the Reporting Employees tab.
  4. Select a direct report from the drop-down.
  5. Click the feedback you wish to view.

Editing data

Edit a comment
  1. Click the   Development menu.
  2. Click the Feedback submenu.
  3. Click the Received or Sent tab.
  4. Click the feedback you wish to edit.
  5. Click the Three Dots button.
  6. Click the Edit button

  7. Make the required changes and click the Save button.

Removing data

Deleting a comment
  1. Click the   Development menu.
  2. Click the Feedback submenu.
  3. Click the Received or Sent tab.
  4. Click the feedback you wish to delete.
  5. Click the Three Dots button.
  6. Click the Delete button
