As an organisation, you will have different user groups that will each have different interests and needs in relation to their learning content. Your IT staff would need to know the latest software information, while your technical writers would need to know about the latest writing techniques.
The Learning Recommendations feature allows you to select the user types accessing learning content, and who will benefit from accurate content recommendations. Once you have selected the required user group, you can further drill down the recommendations offered by selecting what specific topics this user group needs to learn.
The below premise will walk you through how to update your learning platform recommendations.
So you have now updated your learning recommendations and you are now wondering what next can I do. There are two recommendations I would make on this front and they are:
- Learning Platform: Set Up and Manage your Platform Theme This feature allows you to customise your learning portal branding to suit your organisational needs, creating a seamless brand experience for your employees.
- Learning Platform: Update your Platform Configuration This feature allows you to enable or disable certain aspects of of your learning portal to suit your organisational needs. You can, for example, enable your content administrators to edit notification settings and so on.
