Learning platform: Update your platform recommendations

Overview

As an organisation, you will have different user groups that will each have different interests and needs in relation to their learning content. Your IT staff would need to know the latest software information, while your technical writers would need to know about the latest writing techniques.

The Learning Recommendations feature allows you to select the user types accessing learning content, and who will benefit from accurate content recommendations. Once you have selected the required user group, you can further drill down the recommendations offered by selecting what specific topics this user group needs to learn.

The below premise will walk you through how to update your learning platform recommendations.

Update your learning recommendations
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the   Settings button.

  3. Click the Recommendations button.
  4. Click the Improve your Recommendations button.

  5. Click on the required Who's Learning options.
  6. Click the Continue button.

  7. Click the required What do they Need to Learn options.
  8. Click the Save button.
