Organisation billing, payment method and invoice management | HR Web Platform

You can use the Billing feature to access a list of your latest Employment Hero invoices. The list allows you to see a list of billable users for each invoice, and you can narrow the data down by employment type. You can also use this feature to view your subscription terms and conditions, update your payment method, billing content, and invoice recipients. 

Availability

HR Plan:   Premium   Platinum
  User Access:   Employee         Manager         Admin      

  We base the default access level on a per user basis and whether they have  view,  edit and  delete access and excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.

Daily activities

View subscription terms and conditions
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Billing submenu.
  3. Click the View button.

View a list of billed employees
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Billing submenu.
  3. Click the Actions button.
  4. Click the View Billed Employees button.

Editing data

Edit a payment method
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Billing submenu.
  3. Click the Change button.

  4. Enter your new billing details and click the Save button.

Edit billing contact
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Billing submenu.
  3. Click the Change button.

  4. Update the required information and click the Update button.

Change invoice recipients
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Billing submenu.
  3. Click the Change button.

  4. Make the required changes and click the Update button.

Data management

Download an invoice
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. Click the Billing submenu.
  3. Click the Actions button.
  4. Click the Download Invoice button.

So you have now viewed your billing information and you are now wondering, what next can I do. There are two recommendations I would make on this front and they are:

  • Headcount reporting: Active employees This report will allow you to see all your active employees within your organisation, and you can use this to cross reference any data shown on your Employment Hero invoices.
  • Headcount reporting: Employee termination This report will allow you to see all your terminated employees within your organisation, and you can use this to cross reference any data shown on your Employment Hero invoices.
