Overview
An earnings certificate is a summary of an employee's earnings, taxes, and deductions over the tax year. As you are not legally bound to issue earnings certificates, you can issue them at your own discretion. You can issue earnings certificates to employees at the end of each tax year, or at the end of an employee's employment.
