How do I assign learning as a manager to my team?

Answer

From the My Team Overview tab you can access the profile page for your team members, which has an Assign Learning Course feature.

Assign a learning item to my team
  1. Click the My Team menu.
  2. Click the Overview tab.
  3. Click the team member who needs learnings assigned.

  4. Click the Assign button.

  5. Select the learning resource and click the Continue button.

  6. Enter the due date and click the Assign button.
